At International Standards Registrar (Pvt) Ltd, we believe the certification journey should be clear, transparent, and supportive. Our process is designed to guide you step by step — from your first inquiry to long-term certification maintenance.

Initial Inquiry

We welcome verbal or written requests from any business seeking certification. Our team provides clear guidance, documentation, and relevant information to help you understand the certification requirements and next steps.

Application & Review

Once we receive your completed application:

  • Our experts review the details.
  • We assess the scope of certification required.
  • A tailored proposal is prepared to match your organization’s needs.
Adequacy Audit (If Applicable)

For some certifications, an adequacy audit is performed. This involves reviewing your documented management system to confirm that your organization is ready to move forward to the certification audit.

Certification Audit

After you accept the proposal, we schedule the formal certification audit, conducted in two stages:

  • Stage 1 Audit: Evaluation of your documented systems, processes, and overall readiness for Stage 2.
  • Stage 2 Audit: A comprehensive, on-site assessment to verify full compliance with the relevant standard.

Following these audits, our certification team prepares a recommendation for certification based on the results.

Certification & Ongoing Surveillance

Once the audit is successful:

  • We issue your official SLAB-accredited certificate, in line with the certification agreement.
  • To maintain validity, we conduct regular surveillance audits to ensure continuous compliance.
  • After the certification cycle, a recertification audit is carried out to renew and extend your certification.
